For garbage bag amount of marijuana?
The alleged sequence of events began the morning of Peredo’s death, when Delorie, Lizama, Terlaje and Derrick Cruz allegedly met to plan a burglary, according to a Superior Court of Guam declaration signed by Lemons.
The declaration states the defendants allegedly planned to go after Peredo’s marijuana. Lemons said there was enough marijuana involved to fill several large garbage bags, but he couldn’t be more specific because authorities had not yet weighed it.
